A 7th generation Texan, Seth grew up in La Grange and has deep ties to the community. After attending the University of Texas in Austin, he returned home as the 5th generation to help manage his family’s car business – the sale of which has allowed him to pursue what he considers his true calling – a second career in real estate, property development and design.
Always passionate about homes and the housing market, Seth brings an instinctual eye to your property search – specializing in helping his clients before, during and after the sale – to realize their current or future home’s full potential.
Seth’s family has a long history of service in the area and he takes great pride in his community. When he’s not spending time with his wife Mary and their two boys, Oliver and Shepherd, he currently serves on the board of the Frisch Auf! Valley Country Club, the Fayette County Water Control & Improvement District, the Gardenia Janssen Animal Shelter and is active in the Texas Exes Fayette County Chapter and the La Grange Noon Lions Club. He also enjoys serving on the St. James’ Episcopal school board and has coached youth baseball, basketball and soccer in the community. He and his family are active in the First Presbyterian Church in La Grange and the La Grange All Sports Booster Club. Seth’s passion for all things local and his background in home renovation and design, make him an invaluable asset when buying and selling properties in central Texas.
